Why donations are necessary for the Rocket Academy

Pushing the boundaries of public education has its challenges, and funding shouldn’t be one of them. While the Cedar Grove Belgium School District supports our status as a tuition-free public charter school, the initial costs of launching and expanding a new school, striving to increase our enrollment, and the anticipated expenses of building a new state-of-the-art technology facility, far outstrip the per-pupil funding provided.

To build and grow this new charter school for 11th and 12th graders, we rely on the philanthropic giving of families, businesses, foundations, and all those who support our mission.  We invite you to be a part of our journey, to be a catalyst for change in education, and help to prepare future students for the workplace!

Thank you for supporting us as we continue to create a unique hands-on environment, where all students are set up for success.
